Server Standard -- Emergency Onsite Server Support
Server Standard provides superb server protection against hardware and operating system failures, whether your server is in-warranty or out-of-warranty, including:
- Fixed price agreement on all parts & labor
- Flexible coverage options, up to 24 x 7
- Hardware support for all internal components and select externally connected equipment
- Support for Microsoft operating system and Veritas Backup Exec or CA Arcserve software
- Recovery from server crashes caused by hardware failures, or operating system instability
- Optional recovery from crashes of select applications from Microsoft and Citrix
- Restoration of Operating System, data, and application sets from customer's backup tapes or offsite storage
- Support via telephone/remote access within one-hour. On-site support within 4 hours if required
Server Plus -- Support with Remote Monitoring and Maintenance
Server Plus enhances the value of Server Standard by integrating the following proactive support services with the Server Standard services, including:
- Server health reports and historical server performance data available online
- Active server health monitoring to triage and prevent failures using our remote management tool
- Remote problem resolution. With remote monitoring CBE Technologies can remotely and securely access systems to resolve many problems quickly and without the need for an on-site visit
Server Premium -- Comprehensive Proactive Server Management
Server Premium takes Server Plus one step further to provide your organization with a complete outsourced server management solution. You receive all the services of Server Plus as well as:
- Scheduled remote software updates including Service Packs, patches, hotfixes, security releases, hardware OEM drivers
- Periodic reviews of supported server environments to review server performance and stability, and make recommendations for enhancements
